Namibia2Germany assists German-speaking youth from Namibia, South Africa and other African countries in preparing and applying for a 3-year dual vocational training programme in Germany. This is done in the form of a virtual 1-year coaching and mentoring programme, including career orientation, assistance with the application documents, interview coaching, contacts to suitable companies in Germany, visa application support, as well as cultural and practical preparation. Namibia2Germany is a programme by Africademics, an educational non-profit organization based in Germany. It is implemented in close collaboration with Namibian high schools, as well as participating German companies and civil society organizations.
