Nananko Knits is a locally owned design and knitting company: a community. Our passion is to revive and protect the age-old craft of hand knitting and carry it into the future. Our production follows ancient rules and traditions. Our wool and cotton are chosen with care to protect you and your loved ones. Each piece is hand-knitted by women from villages around Turkey, empowering them in their households and communities. Each piece carries within its stitches a tale of tradition, love and hard work. Each piece has an essence, passed on by generations and carried into the future from us to you.
