At the core of our philosophy, every member is taught a series of movement practices we call Nandi Movements®. These movements are a fusion of Breath Work, Yoga, Qi-gong, Calisthenics, Barre, and Dance uniquely designed for each member to reclaim mental connection, balance, flexibility, and core strength.
