NannyGranny is Australia’s first online community connecting mature-aged women with families in need of trusted, experienced home support. We exist to solve two urgent challenges: Working mums are 40% more stressed than the average Australian, still carrying the bulk of care at home despite increasing workforce participation. Women aged 55+ are the fastest-growing group at risk of homelessness — many having spent a lifetime in unpaid caregiving roles and now struggling to find meaningful, paid work. NannyGranny bridges these worlds. We help two generations of women support each other — offering families the care they need, and older women the income, purpose, and connection they deserve.
