Ensuring the sustainability of our service quality is one of our most important responsibilities. We support our business partners with the knowledge we have gained through our multi-branch structure and wide communication networks. Our family, which grows day by day, accumulates its experience under a single roof, and we conduct it with independent management methods, common ethical understanding and service quality. With the awareness that the main service starts after the sample acceptance phase, we establish long-term relationships with our ongoing services after reporting. While managing our processes from sampling to reporting, we fulfill all TS EN 17025 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" certified by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK).
In addition to our analysis quality, continuous improvement studies, many additional interim controls, method developments and our mixed internal audit organization; We provide quick responses to device failure and performance tests by performing our technical service in-house. With our technical experience, the information we have received from you, product professionals, we manage complaints and accumulate our experiences with corporate memory.
Our laboratory, which aims to provide quality service since the first day of its establishment, has been accredited by TÜRKAK, together with all its branches, in nearly 600 analyzes in total according to the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard. Our laboratory, which is currently continuing its scope expansion activities on the one hand, continues to work to provide quality service on the one hand.
