Through our perfected Patented Cationic Circular Dyeing Process and Patented Effluent Dyestuff Filter, we have created The First Ever "Circularity Close Loop Dyeing Plant System" dyeing 10 Tons per day complete Circular Mods. This allows current cotton dyeing plants to convert over to our 100% Circularly Dyeing System 10 Tons at a time.
Cotton dyeing is currently one of the dirtiest textile dyeing process being used. So much water is used, GHG emitted and polluted water created, it must be converted from a Linear to Circular process. This innovation for the Cotton Jet Dyeing Industry sets a new SUSTAINABLE BENCHMARK! Circularity is the future. The Dyeing System being Circular Close Loop, now reuses all water (via recycling), upcycles all it's unfixed dyestuff to dyed yarn, reprocesses all chemicals used to industrial quality to be resold, or they are biological eaten at the Circular Water Treatment Plant and its output is sold as fertilizer. Every item that goes in the our Circular Dyeing Plant is reused or recycled. Ending dyeing's toxic sludge is now a must, as we can. We also reduce GHG by 70%, running faster and emitting a cleaner effluent.
The "Nanodyex System" is a "Plug and Play" Solution. The Dye plant uses its same dyeing equipment and dyestuff library.
Eliminating the possibility to pollute is the only true way to stop pollution. This innovation for the Cotton Textile Dyeing Industry will eliminate it's ability to pollute. Freshwater is our most valuable commodity. We must protect it.
