NANOVAL was founded in 1987 with the aim of patenting a unique powder atomization process for metal melts, using a Laval nozzle, for industrial use. After the first units had been sold, NANOVAL started to produce fine, spherical powders with reproducible properties and quality on customer demand on its own equipment. NANOVAL can supply highly sophisticated alloys, starting from pure magnesium (Mg) to tungsten (W), titanium aluminides (TiAl), precious metals, metallic glasses (amorphous metals), nitinol and many others. We have already atomized more than 1000 different alloys! NANOVAL is also a supplier of classified powders from 2 kg to 5000 kg per order. Our powders are produced fresh and especially for you - not from stock. We supply to the automotive, aerospace and other industries. In addition to the powder, we also supply complete atomization systems - just as you wish. The owner-managed company has 15 employees.
