Nanozoo

We at nanozoo implement end-to-end workflows that automate data-intensive biology from sample to report. Instead of cultures and a microscope, we look at the microbial world through data and code. Behind the scenes, many algorithms work in concert to achieve this, including our own methods using artificial intelligence. We also go through great lengths to curate excellent databases of microbial genomes and their phenotypes, spanning hundreds of thousands of records. Data and code are only valuable if one knows where to direct it. We, therefore, provide expert knowledge on a wide range of bacteria, archaea, fungi, protists, and viruses.
