NAPAC Capacity Development Initiatives (NAPAC-CDI) is a duly registered corporation in the United States, and operating as a limited liability entity in Nigeria recruiting diasporan talents for projects in Nigeria and Africa. NAPAC USA is a prominent organization, promoting the interests of Nigerian Americans in the United States. NAPAC-CDI was inspired by NAPAC USA as a conduit to realizing its objectives of promoting and facilitating the involvement of Nigerians and Africans in the diaspora development of viable and sustainable infrastructures and institutions in Nigeria and Africa. NAPAC-CDI was established to connect professionals to projects in Nigeria and Africa. It is common knowledge that highly educated professional Nigerian Americans in the United States are leaders in the areas of medicine, engineering, education, energy, business and finance. As a result of heavy migration of Nigerians in the past decades, we have talent shortage in critical economic sectors.
