North American Performing Arts Managers and Agents COOPERATIVE VOICE IN A COMPETITIVE BUSINESS NAPAMA is a community for and by arts professionals to facilitate better business. We are a space where agents, managers, self-represented artists, presenters, and other arts workers can get informed about the performing arts industry, find support, and develop relationships that enhance our daily working lives, and collectively make our field better for all. Education, empowerment, and advocacy for change come from our members, and whether a solo or part of a team, we welcome your voice.
