As a specialist for laser machining I conceived, developed, and realized novel laser machine tool designs with special processes in recent years. This includes novel experimental realizations, process development, and laser manufacturing of all material classes from metal composites to diamonds. NAPho provides support in the broader area of photonics and especially ultra-short pulsed laser materials processing. This enables defined manufacturing in the micrometer regime of even heat-sensitive materials like cBN, diamons, and ceramics. The whole range from consultancy to process development covering proof-of-principle and small series can be realized. Moreover, support for public-private partnership projects with extensive experience in Swiss funding schemes - knowing where to and how to apply with four granted proposals in the last three years is offered.
