NaphtaChimie is a legally independant and accountable Joint Venture, with equal split between two shareholders TOTAL & INEOS.
The company processes feedstocks provided by Shareholders in order to produce Ethylene, Propylene, Butadiene and GAzoline cuts to produce Benzene.

Hence the company operates other major utilities provision assets (water, steam, electrcity, air, nitrogen, waste water).
