NikAzma Pars (NAP) is a private Iran FDA certified pharmaceutical quality control laboratory which provides physicochemical and microbiological testing for API/DS and Finished products (chemical, herbal and dietary supplements included).
The formulation department of NAP involves in contract research and development of pharmaceutical finished products including pre-formulation, formulation development, lab-scale manufacturing, accelerated stability studies, scale-up, CTD compilation, process validation, in-vitro and in-vivo studies.
The bioequivalence testing department performs all steps of in vivo testing (design of experiments, sampling, instrumental analysis, statistical interpretation, etc.) conducted by highly trained staff, comparing generic products with approved finished products.
The laboratory is equipped with ICP-OES and a wide variety of chromatography systems, including UPLC-UV, LC-MS/MS, HPLC-RID, HPLC-FLD, HPLC-ELSD, HS-GC-FID and other state-of-the-art analytical instruments.
