Our History – FARSA Energy Jonoob Company as one of NAPTA Corporation legal entities was originally incorporated in Shiraz, Iran in 2006 as a pipeline services company. Then in 2007 NAPTA Consulting Engineers as our engineering entity established in order to support FARSA Energy Jonoob Company in technical trouble shooting and all aspects of detailed engineering requirements.
Since those early days has been part of numerous developments for the oil & gas sectors, primarily within onshore and offshore Cathodic Protection of pipelines, platforms and process facilities. Our continuous development work has made us a national solution leader in oil and gas fields well head facilities, flowlines, bulklines, trunklines and field manifolds.
In 2012 FARSA has expanded its activities in the turnaround projects with main focus on the oil and gas well head facilities, pipelines, gas compressor stations, gas treating facilities chemical plants and oil refineries. FARSA has a reputable national records and strategic business relationship with Iranian Oil Ministry and its affiliated Companies.
NAPTA Corporation – In 2016 the member of board of FARSA Energy Jonoob Company and NAPTA Consulting Engineers decided to expand their professional activities in the Upstream Oil & Gas sectors with the main focus on the Iranian projects and assets. To support this long term strategic business expansion, two Dutch companies were incorporated in the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague, the Netherlands with legal entities’ names of NAPTA International B.V. and NAPTA Consulting Engineers International B.V.
The idea is to serve our Upstream Oil & Gas projects and assets a full range of opportunity framing, integrated concept selection, project planning, project delivery, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up and Operational Excellence services in a holistic manner. Our services are based on our well-developed and legally bounded Project Development Standard with the trade mark of PDS®.
