The Narcissistic Abuse Support Group was created to support victims and survivors of this insidious form of abuse as no one understands what it's like unless they have experienced it. One becomes isolated, desperate, frustrated, and confused, and the ability to share your difficulties with others who truly understand, provides the much needed validation that what our are experiencing is indeed abuse. We have face-to-face meetings in various areas of South Africa, as well as serveral WhatsApp support groups one can join. Our website houses everything to do with NASG. Professionals who can assist, Resources, Courses, Suggested reads, Experts that educate one on what narcissistic abuse is on YouTube channels, and so much more. We are an NPO and intent on joining forces with others who are trying to put an end to GBV - often the perpetrators have very high narcissistic traits.
