Narrative Bridge is a group of trained Narrative Medicine facilitators from Columbia University who specialize in developing community targeted workshops and programs around custom communication strategies. We provide facilitated sessions on team collaboration, implicit bias, equity and social change, stress reduction, and mindfulness. In investigating inequities in institutional structures, we seek to provide operational modalities that will optimize modules of communication. This will better serve the needs of institutions that seek to create social impact through healthcare, education, diversity and other professional domains. We are a woman-owned company committed to equitable and measurable institutional changes.
