Organizations invest in tools, software, development programs and processes while neglecting the most powerful transformation lever at their disposal: narrative. This oversight creates an opportunity. For the past 15 years while gaining reps and experience in multiple industries and disciplines, I've watched businesses dance around the edges of transformation without addressing its core - the stories, language, and mental models that drive decisions and shape culture. I'm not hired to hang out at at aesthetic layer and make communications look good; I'm engaged to make business fundamentally better by creating confidence, clarity and commitment in why it exists and how it shows up in the world.
