Introducing the Narwhal Devices – Pulse Generator. A programmable digital pulse generator with ten nanosecond resolution and minimum pulse width, loops with unlimited nesting, easy external clock synchronisation, and a simple but powerful instruction set. Basically, it’s the pulse generator you wish you always had, at a price you probably won’t believe. Once only large companies had the resources to develop high performance digital electronics. But the decreasing cost and increasing performance of FPGAs, combined with the streamlining of toolchains, has allowed for smaller players to enter the market, and develop custom solutions for niche applications. Narwhal Devices was founded with the aim of creating electronics specifically designed for use in quantum physics labs, for use by quantum physicists.
