Nas Msr, is a female led HR tech start up. Together, our team has over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain; an industry heavily reliant on the blue-collar labor force. As of 2019, Egypt’s Blue-collar workers make up 55% of the labor market, with a substantial portion being informal and unorganized. We witnessed firsthand the impact this cohort has on the continuity and overall performance of businesses. We built NAS MSR to offers a 360 solution for both employers and employees, providing: Employers with access to the first vetted blue-collar database, offering end to end recruitment, outsourcing and contingent staffing. Employees with access to personalized instant job matching, ensuring higher visibility, outplacement, and supplement income opportunities. Our mission is to transform the under-served blue-collar labor market within the MENA region
