For Start-ups: Capital Raise: Raised tens of millions USD (Series A round) with a valuation: Half-a-billion USD. Scaling: Crafted and executed a plan to build a quarter-billion USD precision fermentation manufacturing plant in the Middle East. For PE Funds: Advisory: Investment funds, Impact Venture fund & European Technology Think Thank to identify trends in Agri-Food investment. Food Tech Fund: Founded and raise the first close $50M for a $150M Fund. M&A Integration: Grew from a new business unit from a 2-person team to quarter-billion USD subsidiary for a large ASEAN Telco; Turn-around a loss-making acquisition, resulting in a 10x increase in stock price for an Asian listed Satellite company. Joint Venture: As the CEO, brought in US$300M new investment for a Gov-to-Gov Food Safety project. For Family Offices: Business Transformation: Developed and executed a plan to migrate low value greenhouse farming to Seed Genetics business, invested in a Alt Protein fund, and grew a million-dollar food security business in Singapore. Mentorship: Guide and mentor the second generations. Market Development: Since 2003, we have helped companies navigate and expand into Asia.
