Natchez Workforce Development

Operating as a workforce development catalyst in the greater Natchez-Adams area, we strive along with our partners, to enhance the economic landscape and quality of job opportunities throughout under-served Southwest Mississippi. Understanding that quality, family sustaining jobs with good pay and benefits are critical to bringing people out of poverty, back into the workforce, and into the middle class, our goal is to set a path for workers to attain the skills appropriate for today’s workforce requirements. Our projects are tailored to the demand of both employer and workers and designed to yield documented results while bolstering inclusion and self-sufficiency. We work with partners touching every sector of industry, education, and life skill services, to broaden opportunities for working people.
