About Nathan's Mobile PT
Nathan's Mobile PT gives you access to a personal trainer without needing to sign up to a gym. We come straight to your door and train you at your home or local park. We currently operate all across Canberra! Training times are available during 5am-8:30am, with the options of 30min, 45min, or 60min sessions. There are NO LOCK IN CONTRACTS. Sessions can be scheduled given your preference and availability. We provide: - 1 on 1 - couples - group sessions - exercise programs (great for those who need some guidance) - nutritional consultations - goal setting
