NADA Mission Statement NADA seeks to become the premier exercise and sport science resource for developmental athletes in Ireland through the promotion of a new physical culture. We aspire to help these athletes achieve their performance and also their health goals by providing an encouraging, educational and enjoyable environment, where accountability and personal responsibility are accentuated. We also aim to provide sport and exercise professionals with a rewarding and enjoyable work environment and an exciting career path. We differentiate ourselves from the traditional health and fitness clubs and other sports organisations in the following ways: We employ qualified and experienced exercise scientists/coaches and other personnel such as sports nutritionists and performance analysts. All of our programmes are research based and are continuously refined based on current best practice in athlete development We have established partnerships with reputable sports medicine and rehabilitation providers in Ireland We also provide a mobile service to squads and teams which entails athlete development coaching, an education series for parents/guardians, teachers and sports coaches, as well as holistic assessment of each athlete or player's current status.
