We partner with advisors to provide solutions to many of the issues facing their clients such as: recruiting, rewarding and retaining key executives; correcting deficiencies that may exist in their current benefit programs; and planning for business transfer. We work with public and private companies, financial institutions and non-profit organizations. NBG provides joint marketing, sales support and back office administrative services to our partners and their clients. NBG is dedicated to building partnerships with advisors so they may better serve the needs of their clients. We recognize the needs of each client are unique and likely to change over time; therefore, NBG works with advisors and their clients to monitor and, when required, make the appropriate changes to these plans.
