Our goal is a prosperous, green and fair Lebanon, and to achieve it we must together eliminate the five wounds (Political Sectarianism, Corruption, Feudalism, Clientelism and Dependency) and express the virtues that correspond to them: - Citizenship: is based on considering the nationality as the first identity; it is an identity that has been carved over history and that stems from experience. Its principle is that “The stronger the country grows, so does the citizen and the principle of citizenship, and vice versa". It is the sole guarantor of equality and justice. - Integrity: is based on a moral conviction to respect the public interests and abide by the rules and regulations. Hence, the public funds become protected and used properly, the practices of corrupt employees and political intervention in their work are ended, and the judiciary prosecutes those who have embezzled public funds. In addition, the sources of illegal external financing are uncovered. - Democracy: liberates citizens from all inherited restrictions, promotes equality among citizens, achieves efficiency in public sector jobs, and eliminates illegal immunities and class discrimination. - Rule of law: leads each person to fulfill his duties and access his rights without the need to obey anyone. It draws boundaries for the rulers’ authority while monitoring them, isolating and bringing them to trial if they abuse it. The rule of law gives the employee due consideration on moral and financial levels and is considered as a prerequisite for productive investments. - Sovereignty: is the independence of political and security decisions from any interference outside constitutional institutions. The sovereign state reassures citizens and preserves the nation’s sovereignty. It also restores the connection between the Lebanese people based on citizenship.
