'National Express' are a Local credit card company that has been operating in Jordan since 1992. We are proud to be the only national card using the Jordanian Dinar for all settlement purposes. Dear Customer, You can submit a complaint to the customer complaints unit of the company by calling the following phone number (06 565754106), or by sending an email to: complaint@ne.jo. Knowing that National Express handles any complaint within a period of time not exceeding (30) working days from the date of submitting the complaint, and if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you can resort to the Central Bank of Jordan or resort to the legal judiciary.
