أطلقت وزارة التجارة والصناعة البرنامج القومي لتعميق التصنيع المحلي بالتعاون مع مركز تحديث الصناعة، ويستهدف دعم الصناعة المحلية في ضوء الأهمية التي توليها الدولة لما يقدمه القطاع الصناعي من مساهمة قوية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، لذلك يعتمد البرنامج بشكل أساسي على استغلال الطاقات الإنتاجية المتاحة من أجل خفض معدلات الاستيراد في القطاع الصناعي، واستبدال المنتجات المستوردة بمثيلات محلية تنافسها في السعر والجودة، مما يساهم في سد عجز الميزان التجاري، وتقليل الفجوة بين الصادرات والواردات.
الرؤية:
يسعى البرنامج الى زيادة القدرة التنافسية للصناعة المصرية وتعميق التصنيع المحلي وذلك من خلال تطوير قاعدة صناعية متنوعة من الموردين المحليين.
الأهداف:
• تطوير نظام متكامل لتقييم الموردين
• توسيع قاعدة الموردين المحليين لزيادة القيمة المضافة ونسبة المكون المحلى
• تعظيم الاستفادة من الطاقات الإنتاجية المتاحة ورفع معدلات الاستفادة من الاستثمارات الصناعية القائمة
• الارتقاء بالمعرفة الصناعية
• توجيه وجذب الاستثمار الصناعي لسد الفجوة الاستيرادية من منتجات ومدخلات إنتاج
• إحلال مدخلات الإنتاج المستوردة بأخرى محلية
Background
National industrial localization program aims to utilize the available sources in order to decrease the import rates in the industrial sector, and substitute the imported products with local ones. This will contribute in reduction of the trade balance deficit, decrease the gap between the imports and exports, and increase the industrial contribution in the local GDP.
Vision:
Increasing the added value of the domestic industry and contributes to product export through developing the local supply chains.
Objectives:
•Develop National Supplier Rating System
•Increase approved Local suppliers’ base
•Optimize the utilization of the available production capacities and increase industrial investments.
•Promote Industrial Knowledge- transfer.
•Substitute the imported production inputs with local manufactured ones.
