Nationalrail.com sells rail tickets throughout the Great Britain rail network and also throughout Europe. The business sells from the inventory of all train operating companies, but also sells tickets in combination where it gives you a cheaper fare, which is known as split ticketing. The industry is encouraging e-ticketing where tickets are downloeaded on to a phone, but this can have major disadvantages if you need to vhange your ticket before travel. A paper ticket, issued through a ticket issuing machine can be changed on payment of a fee and any difference in the fare. If you have a ticket on your phone, you are stuck with it. Nationalrail.com also connects you to associated services alongside your rail ticket such as accommodation, ferries, coaches, car hire, locations apps and mapping services better than Google. We also produce an annual map of the rail network featuring 2,619 stations which this year features racecourses and the club for rail enthusiasts of all ages known as Rail Riders. The map shows the name and three letter codes of all operational stations, whether they have a PlusBus interchange, restricted service, a platform 0, but not a platform 9 3/4.
