Our practice areas include Business Law, Arbitration Law, Real Estate Law, Wills & Estates, Immigration Law, and Litigation & Enforcement of Foreign Judgments. In 2024, NATIONS GATE® - together with the logo - was officially registered in Canada as a federal trademark. LA PORTE DES NATIONS™ is also a protected trademark of the firm. All rights reserved. Prior to incorporation, and in response to the evolving needs of our clients, the firm expanded its scope in 2021, evolving from a focus on Immigration & Citizenship Services to include additional consulting in Business Law, Arbitration Law, and International Business Contracts. However, our initial journey began in 2018 with the registration of our business names: NATIONS GATE® Immigration Consulting | LA PORTE DES NATIONS™ Consultation en Immigration. We officially launched operations in 2019, focusing on Canadian Immigration & Citizenship Services, and have grown steadily ever since. We are proud to serve clients across nations, grounded in the principles of legal clarity, international reach, and unwavering professionalism. We offer legal services in both English and Persian, and work with clients across Canada, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond, with a particular focus on cross-border matters, international business, arbitration law, and immigration law.
