Since the early 1990s, Christopher Ernst has been actively engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Now, as a neutral trained by the American Arbitration Association, the Supreme Court of Ohio and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Christopher brings Nationwide ADR to you. Christopher is on AAA Mediation list of mediators for both Standard and Commercial mediations. He is a AAA arbitrator for Standard, Commercial and Consumer arbitrations. He is also a FINRA arbitrator. Lastly, he is an EDR Institute trained neutral. He is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association, as well as serving on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the ABA’s Litigation Section. He was chairperson of the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group at his prior law firm, a leading Midwest law firm with office across Ohio and clients across the country. His primary focus is on business, tort and employment matters.
