The on-site professional administrative support team has experience in multi-layered contracting and financial servicing. M2 provides NRS with high-quality and cost-effective solutions to complex administrative and financial issues. This professional administrative support team is led by the M2s CEO/CFO who oversees contract negotiations, project billing, contract compliance and reporting, and reconciliation of monthly expenditure reports for all expenses included in project budgets.
