Natural Soap Workshop's mission is to help improve people's well-being and resilience through creative natural soap and natural cosmetics courses.
Since our first workshop in 2012 we have held creative natural cosmetics making workshops for Walworth Garden (training for unemployed looking to improve their professional skills and qualifications), The Brain Charity (courses for people with neurological conditions), and for multiple work groups.
Creativity is proven to be a great stress release and mood booster by diverting the mind from the source of stress and to a relaxing new activity. Creativity it's also the first step in training the capacity to think out of the box.
Developing your creativity and learning something new will not only improve your mood, but will also develop new skills. New skills which in turn will improve the brain's neuroplasticity by creating new neural links, it's ability to adapt, and to be resilient in the face of the multitude of stressors of today's world.
The courses are perfect for team building events, to help colleagues working from home interact in a relaxing and mood boosting environment, while learning something new.
What do we do?
