Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts

Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts is a plant-based culinary school offerring a state approved 900-hour professional chef training program devoted to conscious cooking. The Natural Epicurean trains chefs in the theory and practice of meal planning and preparation in a wide variety of styles including macrobiotic, ayurvedic, classical vegetarian, vegan and raw foods. The programs emphasize locally available and seasonally based foods in their natural and unprocessed state with an equal emphasis on pleasing the senses and promoting health. Students are also trained in the business skills and ethics necessary to prepare them for rewarding culinary careers. We believe there is no one diet that can suit every person’s health needs, so instead of a strict regimen our goal is to offer a broad base of nutritious knowledge allowing flexibility.
