Klara Tselenchuk, a Registered Nurse with a deep passion to connect people to Nature and themselves, cultivating self care, love and compassion as they navigate what we call 'life'. For over a decade, she worked as a bedside nurse in the acute care settings in the hospital, witnessing both the resilience and fragility of people. But it wasn't until the pandemic and her own mental health journey, where she discovered the true essence of healing and wellness through reconnecting to Nature. Being in nature has played a big role in supporting her to recover from a mental health crisis as she was navigating through a nurse burnout during COVID, homeschooling challenges with her kids and a divorce… She lost herself and any sense of identity… Nature has been her medicine, allowing her to find purpose, meaning and reconnect to herself again… She had a profound realization… Humans are not separate from nature; they are an integral part of it. Yet, in our modern world, we've lost touch with this fundamental truth. We've forgotten that we ARE nature – and in doing so, we've forgotten a piece of ourselves. That's why Klara is passionate about rebuilding the connections between humans and the natural world - and this is how Natureli Whole was born. At Natureli Whole, We believe that true healing and wellness begins with rediscovering who we are by reigniting our relationship with nature and ourselves. Mental health struggle, as we came to realize, is often arises when we are out of alignment with our true selves. It's a gentle nudge from our soul, urging us to return to wholeness, to rediscover the innate wisdom that lies within. And nature, with its infinite patience and boundless beauty, offers us a pathway home - return to wholeness. Through guided forest therapy walks, transformative coaching sessions in nature and workshops, we invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
