Klara Tselenchuk, a Registered Nurse with a deep passion to connect people to Nature and themselves, cultivating self care, love and compassion as they navigate what we call 'life'.
For over a decade, she worked as a bedside nurse in the acute care settings in the hospital, witnessing both the resilience and fragility of people.
But it wasn't until the pandemic and her own mental health journey, where she discovered the true essence of healing and wellness through reconnecting to Nature.
Being in nature has played a big role in supporting her to recover from a mental health crisis as she was navigating through a nurse burnout during COVID, homeschooling challenges with her kids and a divorce… She lost herself and any sense of identity…
Nature has been her medicine, allowing her to find purpose, meaning and reconnect to herself again…
She had a profound realization… Humans are not separate from nature; they are an integral part of it. Yet, in our modern world, we've lost touch with this fundamental truth. We've forgotten that we ARE nature – and in doing so, we've forgotten a piece of ourselves.
