Naucom provides neutral and independent interventions as mediators and court surveyors in conflicts, litigation and major casualties in oil/gas/chem, maritime industry, logisitics, engineering, etc. Through a truly multidisciplinary apprough - in which legal, technical and human elements meet eachother - we guide parties towards resolution of their conflict, and/or provide independent and neutral expert advice if required. Naucom springs from the Nautical Commission to the Court of Commerce of Antwerp. With a history going back to 1802 the Nautical Commission has a firm reputation in providing independent and impartial advice to the Court of Commerce in maritime matters. The reports of the Nautical Commission are used worldwide in litigation and arbitration and provide a solid base of impartial factual evidence. Naucom goes beyond the 'traditional' fact finding and indepent expert advice as part of classic litigation, and seeks to guide the parties involved towards an integral solution for their issues. Naucom also goes beyond it's roots in the maritime industry, and is avaibale for interventions in all industries, engineering, logistics, rail, insurance, etc. Our expertise is navigating through complexity, and we are open to pilot parties through any complex conflict in which they might find themself ended up.
