The NAE is cross-functional, transparent, accountable and committed to active participation to facilitate and align resources and processes to improve Naval Aviation readiness levels.
The NAE ensures the effective management of critical readiness stakeholders across Naval Aviation, directly supporting the successful delivery of combat-ready forces while advancing future warfighting capabilities at the best possible cost.
