NAYKA TEKSTİL was establish in 2003 Denizli/Turkey as baby clothes manufacturing company. Besides NAYKA TEKSTİL is a producing company that exports to many Europen countries. Our company is producing children's clothing and babies care with a wide range of products. NAYKA TEKSTİL's customer come from all over the Europe such as United Kingdoms, France, Germany, etc. So One of the main principles of NAYKA TEKSTİL confidential delivery carrier to ensure all orders arrive safety and as quickly as possible. Nayka prepares its collections with field experts, young and dynamic team in accordance with current fashion line. Nayka giving priority to quality in production, left it's mark in babies clothing industry. Also our company have lots of organic certifictaes such Gots, Oeko Tex, OE 100 Standarts. We are fully manufacture and export 100.000 units/pcs of baby garments per month. The cutting department performs its computer-aided operations with a daily capacity of 7.000 pieces and also DENİZLİ KAYA TEKSTİL is our knitting factory, producing 600 tonnes of circular knitted fabrics per month. We also have a specialised Fab Development and Sourcing Team in Denizli/Turkey. The vast majority of our garments are made using Turkish fabric and we operate on a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. Nayka places great emphasis on strict implementation of the “broken needle procedure” at all production units. All batches of fabrics are subject to standardized width, length, weight, blanket, wing, tension and twisting tests to ensure that only conformant fabrics are conveyed to production units. The Team conducts input and output controls of accessories. Before accepting goods into the warehouse, all necessary tests (functionality, durability, nickel test, wash fastness etc.) are performed to determine the suitability of input goods for manufacturing.
