Established in 2013, Ningbo Esteem Consulting Co., Ltd. is sponsored, managed and operated by the team of transnational debt collection lawyer in Zhejiang Xinmu Law Firm("Law Firm") located in Ningbo China, so as to carry on commercial part of debt collection business in China, while the Company’s collectors and coordinators are mostly lawyers and paralegals of the Law Firm. The company is mainly dedicated to collection and recovery of transnational debts in China caused by all sorts of transnational commercial contracts of business & commercial loan, personal loan (expat), auto loan, credit card, cargos sales, cargo transportation & forwarding, service, investment, joint venture, and so on, for foreign banks, import and export companies, service-providers, investors against their Chinese business partners and/or delinquent customers by remedies of amicable collection, litigation and arbitration, while litigation is what we are really good at, which is also the most-common one in China.
