The Nirmala Chellarams Centre for Entrepreneurship Skills (NCCES) is an on-campus enterprise development hub dedicated to promoting and advancing entrepreneurship through targeted learning and development interventions for both members and non-members of the University community. Our work combines structured training, capacity-building programs, and vibrant community initiatives to inspire and equip aspiring entrepreneurs. Driven by a strategic mission to foster enterprise and innovation within Nigeria’s entrepreneurship and business ecosystem, NCCES has developed impactful, globally competitive hybrid programs designed to bridge critical knowledge gaps and empower business growth across the country. Our offerings include: • Launch Your Idea Incubation Program – a paid program for non-members of the University community, focused on turning viable ideas into sustainable ventures. • Free initiatives for members of the University community, centered on career counseling, mentorship, job readiness, and employability skills development.
