The NCD is an association and serves as a platform for leadership and Governance quality since 1953. A professional community of witch the members occupies senior management functions as executive director, non-executive director or member of supervisory boards. The objective of the NCD is to provide, extend or improve the personal development of her members by providing and facilitating events, personal development programs or peer to peer intervision meetings the aim is to inspire and motivate our members to improve themselves in order to act as responsible open-minded professionals at boardroom level. The average profile of a member is slightly changing from a male professional of 52 years and 11 % female members towards a profile of a new members with an average age of 42 and 1 out of 2 new members are females a development we consider as positive and relevant for the future. The NCD is aiming to connect professionals who are responsible for a mid-sized and small organizations with national or international scope in all kinds of branches. Most of our members are assigned as members of the Sea-suite. Professionals who embrace with passion there senior management role as opportunity to create added value for the organization and inspire the stakeholders.
