NCFADS (NC Foundation for Alcohol & Drug Studies)

The North Carolina Foundation for Alcohol and Drug Studies was founded as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in 1978 and has been dedicated to providing excellence in addiction training. Every year, NCFADS holds a Summer School and a Winter School. The Summer and Winter School schedules and formats feature an emphasis on in-depth study, networking events, and a setting designed to foster learning and create a spirit of “community” for all participants. Schools are designed to serve the needs of various persons working in the addiction field as well as school educators and health care professionals. Faculty are chosen based on credentials and expertise.
