NCFPI has been inspired by the ideals of the Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundations (www.nncf.org & www.lovemakeswhole.org) established in Taiwan and in the United States of by Dr. M. Samuel Noordhoff, a renowned American surgeon and philanthropist.
