WELCOME TO NCIL The National Collaborative Institute of Leadership (NCIL) is a consortium of training courses taught by premium leaders drawn from Christian ecumenical organizations and businesses, for the comprehensive beginning or professional development of organizational, departmental, supervisory, as well as mentor-ship leaders. The NCIL experience is a personal-expanding and leadership-expanding process spaced over the span of one year.
