NCircle Together

NCircle (formerly Cultivate Inc.) is a local nonprofit that is passionate about partnering with local agencies and governments to facilitate life stabilizing skills for gainful employment, job retention, and family cohesion. Incarceration affects the entire family unit. In Kansas, 1 out of 3 incarcerated adults return to the system within 3 years and 7 million children are affected by parental incarceration. NCircle is part of the solution. We help the individual and their families build life skills, trade skills and motivation to contribute to society. Our programs are highly flexible and we build an adaptive network to connect services across in congruent community systems. Our goal is to decrease money spent on incarceration and give humanity back to people who can begin to believe in themselves.
