North Central Public Health District is the only two-county local health department in Oregon. We serve Wasco and Sherman Counties, both located in the Columbia Gorge region Our Vision We lead and inspire our community in the creation of an equitable, safe, and healthy environment. It implements statewide public health modernization goals, with an eye to ensuring everyone has access to public health services to keep them healthy, reduce costly medical care, and ensure kids are ready to learn in school.
