About NCSEAA
As the state agency that promotes access to education in North Carolina, we help students of all ages pay for their education. Our collaborative, College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC), assists thousands of students each year plan, apply and pay for college. We also provide resources for students and families to save and pay for education, teach educators how to navigate financial aid programs, administer student grant, scholarship and loan programs, and advocate for resources to support students of all ages.
