Navy Children School, Kochi

Adorning the queen of the Arabian Sea, with the Indian Navy standing guard, is the Navy Children School, Kochi. An educational institution that took wings in a naval barrack on 8 July 1986, Naval Public School, Kochi initiated as a humble structure with a great vision. The foundations of this great edifice took shape in a building in the Kataribagh, Willingdon Island, under the able hands of Mrs. Indira V James. The school, which initially housed strength of 60 students and three faculty members, in course of time, with great perseverance and strong leadership, soon bloomed into a beautiful institution with strength of over 2000 students and a vibrant faculty. It provides primary, secondary and senior secondary (up to 12th standard) and follows the syllabus set by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
