ND Elevate

ND Elevate is a leadership development program created in partnership with NDHR, ND Learning, and the Office of Institutional Transformation. Designed to support aspiring leaders, it equips participants with essential skills to overcome common but often daunting challenges in the workplace, particularly those faced by women. ND Elevate empowers participants to take the next step in their professional journey by developing knowledge and skills relating to resilience, negotiation, presence, and authenticity, while also recognizing intersectionality.
