ND Management is a full service project management firm operating under NEOTERIC DEVELOPMENTS, Ottawa’s premier luxury real estate development firm owned by Shneur (Or) Bielak. ND Management is led by NEOTERIC DEVELOPMENTS Vice President Marco Manconi. Marco brings more than 24 years of comparable experience, 17 of which were with the City of Ottawa. His experience includes all types of municipal projects such as watermains, sewers, roads, buildings, and parks. While with the City of Ottawa, Mr. Manconi led several major building projects, including the Lansdowne Park Redevelopment ($450 million), the Ottawa Art Gallery and Arts Court Redevelopment ($120 million), and the new Central Library and Archives Building ($100+ million). His private sector experience includes general contracting to heavy industrial (oil refineries, mines, and pulp and paper plants). ND Management has the experience needed to manage multi-disciplinary teams at various levels of corporations and government, as well as oversee large scale construction projects from breaking ground to completion.
