The North Dakota CPA Society is the statewide association of Certified Public Accountants. Established in 1929, the Society has over 1700 members, consisting of CPAs, students planning to become CPAs and others affiliated with the profession.
The association provides a number of specialized continuing education programs for CPAs. It also serves as an advocate / legislative "watch dog" for the profession.
The Society has an affiliated organization, the NDCPAS Foundation, that awards numerous scholarships each year to area accounting students. Selection of award is done by college personnel.
